Wash your rice, and add it to your rice cooker bowl. 2. Add in your tomato bouillon, tomato paste, salt, garlic powder, and garlic salt. 3. Add water 1in above the rice line. (About 2 1/2 c of water). Give it a good whisk so all the seasonings are combined well. Try the water and adjust any seasonings to your liking. 4.
