Recipe ⬇️ Super Easy Rice-cooker Mexican Rice 🍅🧄 Not traditional, but great for those days you don’t really feel like cooking, but want some delicious rice 🤍🍚 Ingredients: - 2 c extra long enriched rice - 1 tsp knorr tomato chicken bouillon - 1/2 tsp tomato paste - 1 tsp salt - 1 tsp onion powder - 1/2 tsp garlic powder - 1 tsp olive oil Directions: 1. Wash your rice, and add it to your rice cooker bowl. 2. Add in your tomato bouillon, tomato paste, salt, garlic powder, and garlic salt. 3. Add water 1in above the rice line. (About 2 1/2 c of water). Give it a good whisk so all the seasonings are combined well. Try the water and adjust any seasonings to your liking. 4.
