Now I guarantee you even though I have gone through all the trouble of creating a video and writing a caption confirming those measurements. There is NO way I will remember any of this information in the future. Hopefully I will at least remember that I made this video and will be able to reference it quickly. In my defense this particular butter stick of butter was very oddly labeled. The tbsps were grouped by 1/8s of a cup… so 2 tbsps equals an 1/8 of a cup in groups of 2 all the way to 8 tbsps which equals a 1/2 cup. Why no just write 8 tbsps = 1/2 cup right on the back, I don’t need to know all about the 1/8s!
