3 ingredient pie crust👇🏼 ingredients 🥧 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into cubes 3–5 tablespoons ice water 1 tablespoon of sugar but this is OPTIONAL - only if you want a sweeter crust 😋 INSTRUCTIONS 🥧 1. In a mixing bowl, add the flour & cold cubed butter. (if you’re using the sugar, mix it with the flour before adding the butter 🧈) 2. Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to work the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. 3. Add ice water one tablespoon at a time, mixing just until the dough comes together. 4. Form the dough into a disk, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 5. Roll out on a lightly floured surface & fit into a 9-inch pie dish or muffin tins if you’re making mini pies. i used a glass to cut a perfect circle, you can also use a cookie cutter 🫶🏻 6.
