Good coffee, bagels and pastries. 📍Coffee Hound at The Stadium. Amazing iced coffees, delicious blueberry scones and warm popovers 📍Two Cats. Always a long wait but some amazing lobster benny. Lobster - MDI has our favorite lobster pounds and it’s hard to chose a favorite. 📍Beals Lobster Pier. Great location in Southwest Harbor with fresh off the boat lobster, a big menu, alcohol and just a great vibe. 📍Trenton Bridge Lobster Pound. Boiled in seawater right in front of you, the lobsters here taste like they were literally on the sea floor minutes ago. 📍Thurston’s Lobster Pound. Probably the most idyllic location on Bass Harbor. The lobster dinners are delish, come with homemade blueberry spice cake and has the best lobster stew. 📍The Travelin Lobster. A great shack with a bar. The hot lobster roll is sautéed in butter but nearly impossible to pick up. This was a fork lobster roll. 📍Charlotte’s. A quiet side spot with a solid roll and a quieter vibe. Food that isn’t Lobster. 📍Rosalie’s Pizza. Really solid pizza. Not a lot of flop and good crunch. 📍Langosta. Great tacos and margaritas. 📍Sweet Pea’s Cafe. A really cool spot with great food away from the crowds in Bar Harbor. 📍Side Street Cafe. An awesome menu and a great spot for drinks. 📍Havana. The Obamas at here and can confirm it’s great! Desserts & Snacks 📍Side Treats. Self serve soft serve with tons of toppings. 📍CJ’s Big Dipper. Wild Maine Blueberry Soft Serve. It’s a must. 📍Brrrr! Harbor. On a hot summer day, shaved ice or a slush are just what’s needed. 📍Salt Shop. Ice cream and other treats. 📍Bar Harbor Popcorn.
