In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar and brown butter. 4. Add the egg and vanilla and stir together. 5. Fold in the flour mixture until evenly combined. 6. Fold in the pretzels, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and crushed potato chips. 7. Scoop into balls and bake on a sheet tray at 375° for 10-12 minutes. 8. Top with flaky sea salt.
