Add ice water one tablespoon at a time, mixing just until the dough comes together. 4. Form the dough into a disk, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 5. Roll out on a lightly floured surface & fit into a 9-inch pie dish or muffin tins if you’re making mini pies. i used a glass to cut a perfect circle, you can also use a cookie cutter ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป 6.
